Several of our writers were in attendance at today's book launch—and three had the courage to stand before a full audience and read their work aloud. Their words were moving, brave, and unforgettable. 📖🎤 This incredible moment wouldn’t have been possible without Mr. Crowley, whose unwavering encouragement, guidance, and advocacy helped lift our students’ voices to the page and beyond. Saint Regis Falls CSD School Spirit Week is next week 5/5-5/10! It aligns with Teacher Appreciation week and Prom on Saturday! We look forward to seeing everyone dressed up and celebrating our teachers and school!

Tonight we welcomed an outstanding group of students into these prestigious organizations, recognizing their dedication to excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Congratulations to Paige Hastings, Melanie Verity, and Lucas White, who join Shayne Benware, Isabella DeCarr, Natalie Hartson, Bailey Leclerc, Zane Mossow, and Abigail Rivers as members of the Junior Honors Society. Congratulations to Cooper Austin, Shayne Benware, and Sheamus Hastings, who have joined Karli Bonilla, Chester Damon, Lilly Sherman, and Zaylee Sweet in the Honors Society. Thank you, Mrs. Susice, our faculty committee, and families. The ceremony was a wonderful celebration of student achievement, bringing together inductees, their families, and our school community. Thank you to everyone for supporting our students!

Donating blood saves lives. The Student Council and the American Red Cross are hosting a blood drive on May 14 from 1 to 5 p.m. in the school auditorium, and they are looking for adults and students over 16 years old to donate. It's not hard or painful, and it's critically important. If you are 16, see Mr. Crowley for a parental permission form. If you are 17 or older, you can sign up yourself using the QR code on one of the posters hanging around the school, or see Mr. Crowley.

Due to the projected weather forecast of severe thunderstorms later this afternoon, there will be no afternoon school activities today, Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in the St. Regis Falls CSD. However, it's expected that this evening's SRF Board of Education meeting will occur at 7 p.m.

Do you have a child who will be 4 on or before December 1st? If so, they are eligible for Pre-K at Saint Regis Falls. We offer a high-quality, full-day pre-kindergarten program, staffed by an early childhood certified teacher knowledgeable about child development. There are shared learning experiences, structured play, and opportunities to develop skills. Just to let you know, registration is required. Today was the annual Mini-Olympics. Our high school classes competed in fun-filled games. We loved having all of the school spirit and games! Have a safe vacation! We will see you on April 28!

4/9/2025 Two Hour Late Arrival for Saint Regis Falls Central School District Students, 9:55 am start time. for staff development.

Pk-6 students enjoyed a visit from Adirondack Experience to learn about wildlife in our community!

Students in grades 1 & 2 built earthquake-resistant houses!

The seventh-graders had a wonderful video interview with Alaska dog musher Peter Reuter, a former Adirondack resident, on March 28 in Mr. Crowley's English class. They are reading Winterdance, Gary Paulsen's memoir of running the Iditarod race with his sled dog team, and Mr. Reuter did a great job answering their many questions and showing them his mushing gear -- and one of his dogs.

Our Saint Regis Falls Central School District practice lock down ended at 8:25 am. Everything went well. Thank you for your support.

As required by New York State Department of Education Safety protocol Saint Regis Falls Central School is in the process of conducting a practice lockdown drill. We will follow up when the lockdown drill is over.

Saint Regis Falls Central School will be dismissing early on Thursday, March 20th at 11 am. Also please note there is no school for students on Friday, March 21st for staff development.

Many thanks to Ms. Augenstein and our families for supporting our after school Irish Step Dancing that began in January. The recital yesterday for our school and community was amazing!! We are grateful for the idea and work to get this going. We are proud of what the students learned and how well they performed! Thank you for everyone who came out to enjoy!
