The St. Regis Falls Central School District Board of Education is actively moving forward in its search for the district’s next superintendent. On April 29, 2025, the Board met with Dale Breault, District Superintendent of Franklin-Essex-Hamilton BOCES, who is facilitating the search process.
During the meeting, the Board reviewed a pool of 12 applicants for the position. Following a thorough discussion, five candidates were selected to move on to the confidential first round of interviews, which the Board hopes to conduct in the coming weeks.
From those interviews, the Board anticipates selecting a group of finalists who will participate in a second round of interviews with various stakeholder groups. These groups may include district staff, students, parents, and community members. Input from these groups will play an important role in the Board’s decision-making process.
Community members who are interested in serving on a stakeholder interview panel are encouraged to express their interest by contacting Donna Goodrich in the District Office at (518) 856-9421.
The Board of Education is committed to a thorough and inclusive search process that will lead to the selection of a strong and student-centered leader for St. Regis Falls Central School District.
